1. What is Life Coaching?
Life Coaching isn’t Counselling, most people make the assumption that it is just ‘another form’ of Counselling, it isn’t.
Life Coaching is about you working directly with the Life Coach to become empowered, dedicated, driven and most importantly reach your Goals.
Life Coaching is Goal driven. Using targets as a focus, to maintain the Positivity rather than remaining in the negativity cycle that is associated with PTSD, depression, anxiety, insomnia, low mood, and autism.
Your Life Coach will remain impartial, sympatric and non-judgemental.
All information disclosed within a Life Coaching session will remain confidential unless the Life Coach deems that the Client is at risk of harming themselves or others.
2. What do I have to do?
You will work (hard) with your Life Coach, either face to face, over the phone, Skype Video Call, Whatsapp Video Call, or email to remain focused, investigate any self-destructive patterns and resolve past trauma to allow you to break free of old habits.
3. How long will I need to have Life Coaching for?
Normally a block of 12 sessions is sufficient to resolve deep routed issues and enable positively reinforced new habits to embed for the future. Each session lasts between 60 – 90 minutes.

‘I had life coaching with Fi for almost a year. At the start, I was on antidepressants and suffered from anxiety really bad to the point where I was barely leaving the house.
Life coaching with Fi was the best thing I’ve ever done.
At times I was completely taken out of my comfort zone but the sense of achievement I had at the end was a far better feeling than the anxiety! Life coaching, for me, we went through my past and I have faced up and confronted all my fears that have been holding me back for such a long time.
I could write about this for ages but in summary, I have learned to talk about what is bothering me instead of bottling things up. That it is ok to feel nervous, stressed, fed up. Everybody feels that way I just know how to handle these feelings now.
It’s hard to write a review when I feel life coaching is very much tailored to what YOU need! My advice would be to just go for it, if you suffer from depression, anxiety or any other mental health issues then give it a go.
For me, it was the best thing I have ever done. Life coaching won’t change who you are but will make you a better person. I am no longer on antidepressants, yayyyy!!!!!
